The location of the property is ideal with a tram stop right by the house. The property is around a five-minute walk to the university city campus. The front and rear gardens were regularly seen to by the landlord and kept in really condition. All rooms within the house are a great size and having off-street parking was helpful too. Living in the property was enjoyable as the landlord was extremely attentive. He was always on hand to solve any issues or queries we had and often it only took a few minutes for him to be round to sort any issues which were infrequent whilst staying at the property.

George really is a fantastic landlord, the only landlord I've known to care for the interests of his tenants. When we first moved in, we weren't fond of the dated curtains in the lounge, we expressed this to him and he had absolutely no qualms with changing them to ones we preferred; which improved the overall appearance of the house. Throughout the tenancy, he was very attentive and would always make sure we were content with the house and anything we'd need ie. Repairs, broken light bulb, broken window etc he was there within minutes. I've also never known a landlord to do the gardening and neither have I known one to put the bins out every weekend... He does both! Also very fair with regards to returning deposits- which is always a problem with most landlords! Always very friendly but professional too, couldn't have asked for a better landlord!

This is a lovely house in an excellent location with large rooms and a garden. George is an excellent landlord who is friendly and reasonable, if there were any problems with the house he would be around immediately to sort out any problem we were having trouble with. I would recommend this house to anyone.
