Its a quiet house in a quiet area and rooms are particularily suited to people who want to study.
Gas and electricity bills in 2025 were £35 each per month for 6 people but we are estimating at least £55 per month in 2066-2027 because of the war in Iran.
The house is 15 -20 mins walk from city centre ,Oxford road train station and universities and 5 mins from asda supermarket
We have a letter of recommendation from Manchester Universitys
