Although there is no parking directly outside there is free parking a short walk from the house.
The property also comes with a very nice landlady who will always respond to messages/calls immediately and if there are any issues they will be resolved asap.

The basement room is spacious and cozy, a large garden and good storage in the kitchen and the living room, and also a nice sized bathroom, the landlord is great at sorting any issues out quickly for us and you can tell she really cares about her tenants! Making our time here enjoyable and relaxing.

Good location, parking is a little tricky but nearby. Both Hardwick and st pauls are in walking distance and transport links close by. The landlady has been incredibly helpful, consistently helpful with issues we have had- often coming out to fix the issue within a day.

I had such a good time while living at this house. It was really well located for both Uni and everything else. The rooms were all a good size with plenty of storage and the house was immaculate when we moved in and had everything we needed. Jools couldn’t have been nicer and so easy to communicate with. She always got straight back to us, even when we asked some really stupid questions 😂 and any issues we had were always dealt with immediately.

195 Swindon road is a lovely little house minutes away from the FCH campus, a really convenient location as the town is just a few minutes further down the road. and Jools was fantastic the whole step of the way, very responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Any issues are solved swiftly. The property itself is a cosy house, I lived in the first room on the ground floor, at first I was a bit anxious as it looks out onto a main road, but after a week that feeling dissipated. Jools is by far the best landlord I have come across and takes a kind and respectful approach to her tenants.
