Overview
Well situated four double bedroom terrace house a short walk from both FCH and Tesco. Water, internet, gas and electricity included along with a smart tv and tv licence. The property has been a popular student let for over ten years with most staying for one year but others for two years. The property has four good size bedrooms, all with double beds, storage and desks. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property and Ethernet ports in all the rooms.
The house is having a bit of a make over when the present tenants move out. Both the kitchen and bathroom are being redecorated, including a new shower and many of the carpets are also being replaced amongst other things.
The property also comes with a very nice landlady who will always respond to messages/calls immediately and if there are any issues they will be resolved asap.

I had such a good time while living at this house. It was really well located for both Uni and everything else. The rooms were all a good size with plenty of storage and the house was immaculate when we moved in and had everything we needed. Jools couldn’t have been nicer and so easy to communicate with. She always got straight back to us, even when we asked some really stupid questions 😂 and any issues we had were always dealt with immediately.

195 Swindon road is a lovely little house minutes away from the FCH campus, a really convenient location as the town is just a few minutes further down the road. and Jools was fantastic the whole step of the way, very responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Any issues are solved swiftly. The property itself is a cosy house, I lived in the first room on the ground floor, at first I was a bit anxious as it looks out onto a main road, but after a week that feeling dissipated. Jools is by far the best landlord I have come across and takes a kind and respectful approach to her tenants.

The location is well placed, close to local amenities and the university. Property is ideal for students with each room having a decent amount of space, more than most student accomodation I found. Jools was a really nice landlady and was always quick to respond if anything needed repairing for maintaining.

Landlady is super helpful and understanding, as soon as there’s an issue it is at least booked in that same day with when she will have it fixed.
