The property is in an excellent location, within a short walking distance to most shops and amenities you may need and only a short walk into fallowfield for larger retail shops. Excellent transport links via frequent buses to the university with a short 15/20 minute travel time. Having lived in the property for 4 months of the year thus far my experience has been great. The house was clean and well kept with up to date appliances. The landlords have been very easy to communicate with, been very receptive to any small issues that may have arisen and been proactive in their upkeep and improvement of the property, replacing furniture due to age without any damage or defects, upgrading appliances and ensuring upkeep of the areas outside of the property. I can happily recommend both the property and landlord to future prospective tennants.

The location of the house is great as it’s close enough to uni that you can walk or get the bus as the bus routes are super close to the house. There are plenty of shops that are close and a gym just across the road. All the bedrooms in the house are a good size and both bathrooms have baths as well as showers and there’s a nice outdoor space too. The landlords are super helpful and quick to respond to any problems we may encounter. Overall a very good experience.

The location is perfect as it’s not too far from uni and the bus stops to get there are really close. All of the bedrooms are spacious and the furniture is of good quality. The house as a whole is great, the landlords take good care of the facilities, they recently updated one of the showers and replaced all mattresses which is really appreciated. The landlords are great they are easy to get a hold of if there is any issues and are very helpful. Any issues we did have, have all been resolved quickly. Overall, this house is perfect couldn’t have asked for anymore.
