64 Norman road is in a great location. It’s just a short 2 minute walk to the bus stop making it a very easy and fast journey into university. There are two parks positioned at either end of the street which were fantastic on sunny days ! Living in the property was also great, the road isn’t too busy so you get a very peaceful nights sleep. The house itself is very spacious making it a more than comfortable place for 7 people to live in. The driveway is also a great size, so its great if you’re looking to bring your car as many other houses require you to park on the roads which can at times be very busy and hard to find a space. Nina and Aj were great landlords. I am greatful for their efficiency, any questions or queries were answered quickly. Nina made it a very smooth and calm process when moving in which helped a lot when moving out of halls (which can be a daunting time) and Aj was always able to visit for any general maintenance of the house ! We ended up staying in this house for two years. I would recommend this property to any students who are looking for a place to live in Manchester.

The house is really lovely and spacious with equally great bedrooms and communal areas. Located just outside of the heart of Fallowfield, the road is perfectly situated for those who enjoy the fallow atmosphere but still want a good night's sleep. The bus stop is really close and there's never a queue. The facilities are fab, especially in the kitchen! The landlords are super helpful and easily contactable. They're also just genuinely really nice, wish we could live here again next year!
