The house was really lovely and big with lots of bathrooms and a big kitchen. We did have a couple of problems throughout the tenancy, such as a blocked washing machine and no hot water and someone always came back very quickly to either explain how to solve the problem so we wouldn't get charged or to send someone round to fix it! Thanks!!

I have been living at one of Grosvenor's properties for a year. The staff I have met are friendly and approachable. The communication from the team is speedy and any issues are rectified as soon as possible. The property is kept in excellent condition and it is nice to feel that the agents really care. Definitely the best agents I have used - I highly recommend Grosvenor Properties to everyone!

Had a fantastic year living in one of their properties. All issues were solved quickly, staff were friendly and the property was of a very high standard. All you can ask for!

We have recently moved into our house and Grosvenor have been really goood so far. We went to use our washing machine and in the lining it had black scum and mould in it from the old tenants use. So I contacted Grosvenor that morning and by the afternoon they had got the part and sent someone over to fit it. They have provided such a great service so far! Thank you Grosvenor :).

The 2 years of living in a Grosevenor run property were delightful! As soon as we reported a problem we usually had it fixed within 24 hours where possible. Kim Champion was always lovely and honest in helping us with any problems we had and Steve the handy man is wonderful! Thank you for a great 2 years! Emily.

Grosvenor were super during our tenancy with them; if we ever has any issues they were quick to resolve. Sad to be leaving & would highly recommend to future tenants.

Grosvenor made our 2nd year at uni easy breezy with a VERY comfortable home - Kim and Linda were super efficient and attentive throughout the year with anything we had any queries about. I would highly recommend these letting agents and I felt that every penny was worth it! I'm so sad to have moved :( :( :( but thanks again its been a pleasure :) :) :).

Just finished our 12 month rental with Grosvenor, In my experience it is a reliable, friendly, professional company. So much easier to deal with than other agents I have encountered, both honest and willing to help.

First and foremost, house was amazing and Grosvenor bent over backwards to help us out, whatever the issue. Sad to be leaving the house. But most notably, by far the best letting agents in Brighton that we know of or have heard about over our 3 year stay in Brighton. Thank you so much for everything Kim.

We have just finished our tenancy with Grosvenor in a wonderful 5 bed property in Queens Park area. It was in great condition when we moved in, it was updated to new laws througout the tenancy e.g new heat/fire sensitive lighting. If there were any troubles we could easily contact Adam, Steve, Linda or Kim and they would sort out issues as soon as possible. On leaving we were told a month in advance of improvements we could make to ensure our deposit was retrieved as much as possible and again a few days before leaving the property. Great landlord, service and thoroughly recommend a perfect letting agent to end university with, as had some issues with some previously. Many thanks.

Having rented a property in Hove with Grosvenor Properties for over 2 and a half years, I would highly recommend these landlords. They were extremely efficient when any maintenance work needed to be done, they kept the property in great condition, and maintained the property so that it constantly met with safety regulations and tenancy standards. I always felt extremely safe and comfortable in this property. They provided a professional yet personal and friendly service, even after I had vacated the property. I really couldn't fault them.

Many thanks to Adam and the team for working hard to get a new tenant in quickly when my son had to back out of his contract at the last minute. I was regularly updated on progress and kept in the loop. Thanks again for helping through a stressful time.

I will miss this house so much! Grosvenor properties were absolutely incredible, especially Kim and Steve.. Whenever we had a problem they were really efficient and helpful. Really couldn't have wished for better landlords! They have been so amazing, we ended up staying for 2 years and am really sad to leave :(.

Rented a property for 2 years with them and from the start they were very helpful and efficient. Whenever we had a problem, someone was sent out to get it sorted very quickly and everyone was very friendly.
