The location, whilst it is little further than roads like Dawlish, is really good. It's only 20/25 minutes from campus. And five minutes from Morrisons and Aldi, and there will be a Lidl too soon (should be ready by the summer). The property itself is lovely, lots of space in the rooms (storage is good too). It's a semi-detached house, and the neighbours are lovely next door (either side). The people on the street are chatty and friendly, so that's always nice. The landlord is brilliant too. Any issues you have, he will happily sort them out for you very quickly. He's happy for you to contact him at anytime, call or text and he'll talk you through any issues or come and fix them himself. It's a really wonderful place to live for students.
