The location was ideal to my place of study, and had plenty of local shops and other stores near by (whether by car or a short walk). The neighbours/neighbourhood was lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Plenty of access to the town centre via a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute bus or a 5 minute taxi The property itself was very homely, very easy to live in. No major issues. Comfy in the winter and pleasant in the summer. All rooms are spacious and well kept. Compared to other student homes, this one is a great find and is so much higher quality than others. Landlord is very helpful, understanding and easy to get hold of. Any minor issues/questions we had, he sorted and made sure he looked after his tenants. He very much works well with the tenants to maintain a good relationship to ensure the tenancy is a smooth and enjoyable process.
