Two newly decorated very large rooms will become available for two separate students in a lovely, very large and friendly home in Hove - in a beautiful residential area, which is close to the sea and very close to public transport, with easy reach to Brighton city centre and direct and easy access by bus or train to both the University of Brighton and Sussex University. The rooms: 1. A large sized furnished room - with desk, chair, wardrobes, clothes rail, single bed and great storage. Price £210.00 per week including bills, wifi, breakfast 7 days a week, evening meals 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday) and laundry washes. Deposit £420.00. 2. A very large sized furnished room - with desk, chair, wardrobes, clothes rail, double bed and great storage. Price £220.00 per week including bills, wifi, breakfast 7 days a week, evening meals 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday) and laundry washes. Deposit £440.00. There is a separate large modern bathroom that is available for students' use only on their floor. We are a family that has really enjoyed hosting students from all over the world in the past and we look forward to welcoming two students to our friendly home.
