There is a separate large modern bathroom that is available for students' use only on that floor. The rooms: 1. A very large sized furnished room - with desk, chair, wardrobes, clothes rail, single bed and great storage. Price £210.00 per week including bills, wifi, breakfast 7 days a week, evening meals 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday) and laundry washes. Deposit £420.00. 2. We are a family that has really enjoyed hosting students in the past and we look forward to welcoming two students to our friendly home.
