The lounge is comfy with large corner sofa, coffee table and smart tv. The kitchen is well equipped with a large range style oven and 5 burner gas hob, combi microwave, two fridges, freezer, washing machine, dryer, double bowl sink and plenty of storage. The property also has off road parking. The property is professionally deep cleaned throughout prior to a new tenancy and the property is freshly decorated where required each year, with the property being completely redecorated from top to bottom for this years tenancy following a three year stay by the previous group of student guests.

    The location was great for my uni in digbeth and for getting into town as really near duddeston train station. The house is cosy and has everything you need, with decent sized bedrooms and a nice garden. Paul was a great landlord who responded to any problems we had very quickly and came and fixed things fast.

    I enjoyed living at 68 Wardlow road, it was a walking distance from university which was amazing. The property was great to live in & the landlord is very helpful whenever there was a problem he would send help straight away, he also gave fast responses as well which I really liked.

    Living at 68 wardlow road has been amazing. It is a quiet area with shops and a train station 5 minutes away so travel is very very easy especially if you want to go to the city centre as it is only one stop. Also it is only a 15/20 minute walk from Aston and Birmingham city university so getting to and from campus is very convenient and very easy to do. There has not been many problems in the property and even if there is a problem, Paul always makes sure it is fixed ASAP and doesn’t occur again. He is an amazing landlord who is very easy to communicate with and makes the house extremely comfortable to stay in. This is a property you and your group of friends do not want to miss out on!!
