The house features our popular outdoor, covered, seating pod.
All 6 bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobe, draws, desk and chair. Each bedroom has its own door lock with key.
There are two shower rooms, one on each floor. The lounge is comfy with large corner sofa, coffee table and smart tv.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large range style oven and 5 burner gas hob, combi microwave, two fridges, freezer, washing machine, dryer, double bowl sink and plenty of storage. The property also has off road parking. The property is professionally deep cleaned throughout prior to a new tenancy and the property is freshly decorated where required each year, with the property being completely redecorated from top to bottom for this years tenancy following a three year stay by the previous group of student guests.

The location was nice and quiet and I found it easy to get to my university. The property was lovely to live in and felt homely. Paul was great to deal with.

The location was great for my uni in digbeth and for getting into town as really near duddeston train station. The house is cosy and has everything you need, with decent sized bedrooms and a nice garden. Paul was a great landlord who responded to any problems we had very quickly and came and fixed things fast.
