The experience living here has been great, it’s a 10 minute walk to BCU and close to the city centre. Living in the property has been great, any issues are sorted out by the landlord quickly and efficiently, and he is super friendly and helpful, I couldn’t ask for any more

The location is pretty quiet in terms of people. During uni times it may be slightly busy with parked cars. Although it’s near the ring road, the houses are far enough away to not be able to hear them, only the cars that exit the ring road. BCU and Aston Uni are only a 10-15m walk which is very convenient. You only need to cross a few traffic lights including the ring road. The property itself is nice and comfy with a decently sized garden. Haven’t had any major problems with space. Everything is as I expected. The landlord Paul is exceptionally friendly. He gives us frequent updates and goes out of his way to help the tenants. This could be with the appliances, the garden or just general advice. For example, a housemate had accidentally shown up to the house without their key. Paul went out of his way to drive 30m+ to deliver the key.

The house is an excellent location for BCU students, quick to get to both university and town. It is finished to a high standard& is very comfortable to live in. Paul has been an excellent landlord this year, quick to fix any problems (not that there are many!) and always keen to improve anything in the house for us.
