We’ve enjoyed living here so much, we’re staying for another year! The location is ideal for students as it’s only a short walk to uni as well as a short walk into town. Our landlord, Paul, is always quick to fix any issues or minor breakages we may have. As well as renovating and modernising the house during the holidays.

Windsor Street is a great location for BCU and Aston students as it is a 5 minute walk to both campuses! You have everything within walking distance, with it taking only 20 minutes to walk into the heart of the city centre. It also offers a spacious parking space outside the front of the house if needed. Paul is such a great and accommodating landlord. Any issues, small or large, he completes them quickly. This house has undergone some really nice modern renovations so you’ve got everything you could want. A major bonus is the garden, with the hut and heat lamp, it is a good socialising addition for all year round. Overall, it has been a blissful 2 years living at this property and would definitely recommend for any students looking for a house share.
