This is my second year living with Paul as my landlord, and once again he has been helpful, accommodating, fair and everything you could possibly want from a landlord. The house itself has been perfect my for myself and my roommate, only being a short 5 minute walk to campus making getting to lectures very easy.

Paul was a brilliant landlord, he was always on hand to answer any questions we had and fix any issue that came about, for example when the vac broke he brought us a new one within a couple of days. Upon arrival the property was very clean and well presented and it is clear a lot of thought has gone into the layout and decor of the property. The property is well kitted out and has everything you need in both the living space and bedrooms. The bedrooms are very spacious and have ample storage. The property has been brilliant to live in and Paul has been a great landlord!

Such a lovely little flat - perfect size for the two of us. Everything is clean and finished to a great standard. Very nicely decorated - doesn’t feel old or “studenty” at all. The flat feels very private as the front door is only accessible through a tall gate so it feels very safe and secluded from the busy world. Paul is extremely helpful - any questions or issues we may have had he sorts out very quickly - very helpful especially for people who may have never had experience living outside of student accommodation. The neighbours are also very lovely. The location is great - a 20 minute walk to my university, 5 minute walk to a small co-op, right next to a bus stop that takes you into the centre very quickly.

The property based in Duddeston was the perfect location for me; clean, quiet, and somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle of university campus life which is exactly what I desired for my final year of university at Aston. The house is positioned close to my old university campus which was a double bonus on top of the anonymity it provides since I would always be able to make it on time to lectures with a short brisk walk. I appreciated the layout of the property as it was nice, simple, and free of clutter, allowing me to utilize a great deal of free space for my various personal needs. It was relatively easy to clean but I would advise new tenants to keep it up as best as they can in order to avoid any headaches much later on. I found that it was the perfect place to invite friends & acquaintances to which is a testament to how spacious the place was during my stay. Paul was a very good landlord to me during my 12-month stay, he was very open and honest throughout the process which made building a good rapport very easy. As a result, I felt very comfortable getting in contact with him any time I had problems which he was quick to fix at his earliest convenience. I believe that he is one of the shining examples in an industry that receives a great deal of negative press and would happily rent with him again in the future. I recommend Paul’s accommodations to any student that needs a place to stay.
