The landlady is really friendly and attempts to fix any issues as soon as they are brought to her attention. There is a bus at the end of the road that goes to the Royal Liverpool Hospital which is next door to the University campus. The house is nice and comfortable, ans located near lots of shops and restaurants.

The house is well situated within the city, close to Anfield football stadium but not far from the university or city centre. There are plenty of shops and places to eat out nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. The house is more decorated than most student accommodation which helps make you feel more at home. Barbara is incredibly friendly and always happy to help in any way she can. She is capable of fixing the most common issues herself and when it's something that requires a bit more skill, her handyman is also very friendly! This is my second of Barbara's accommodations and I've never had a problem that was more than we could handle, and never had a less than completely friendly interaction with Barbara.
