Overview
This must view, superbly located, purpose built student house won't be around long. It has Eight double bedrooms, all with double beds, wardrobe, draws, desk and chair.
There are two fully fitted kitchens, with lots of cupboard space, three tall fridge freezers, washing machines, ovens, hob and microwave.
There is a huge modern conservatory style room at the back of the house, accessed from the the kitchen, with clever glass, making the room not too hot or cold throughout the year, It houses two sofas, two tub chairs and a dining table with six chairs also. The double doors open to a patio garden where a picnic style bench awaits to enjoy the warmer weather.
Upstairs we have two shower rooms, with corner shower, toilet and basin in each.
The house is stunning but the best part... You can see Aston uni at the bottom of the road from the front window! Which means BCU, the conservatoire and the performance college are all pretty close too.

Great location- calm and quiet. Very quick and easy to get to and from university. Living at the property was also very good, if any problems arose, landlord would be quick to help and sort it out.

Couldn’t thank Paul enough whilst living at 76 Heneage Street. Whenever we had a question or an issue Paul was always very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The location of the property was ideal for getting to and from university daily, and was a very enjoyable year in the property. Thank you

76 Heneage was a great place to stay. 5min walk from aston uni and 15min walk to town. A convenient location. The house its self is large with plenty of space and communication with the Landlord was great no problems at all.

Living at 76 Heneage street is great ! It’s only a 10 minute walk to Aston University and about 20 minutes to the city centre , so the location is perfect for students. The property itself has good sized bedrooms, a modern kitchen and a nice living space in the conservatory. In regards to maintenance of the property, it is also ideal - Just contact the landlord if there’s an issue and it’ll be sorted within a day or two. I would definitely recommend living at this residence.
