There is a large drive to the front of the property, the house itself has a nice lounge with large corner leather sofa and a new two seat leather sofa to match, leading to the good size kitchen with lots of worksurface space, plenty of cupboards and draws, two fridge freezers, hob, and oven. The conservatory through doors from the kitchen, has a dining table and six chairs, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The second set of patio doors lead to the garden, part decked with picnic table and part gravel.
Additionally on the ground floor, is a large walk in shower room complete with rain fall shower head and two bedrooms, both with double beds, wardrobe, desk and chair.
Four further bedrooms are upstairs, again all with double beds, desks, chairs and wardrobe with the exception of the smaller double that now benefits from a lift up ottoman storage bed. There is another bathroom on this level with bath and shower over, toilet and basin.

The house incredibly clean and well maintained when we arrived. It's a 10-15 minute walk away from both Aston and BCU campuses. Paul has been quick to solve any issues and respond to our correspondence. The mattress in bedroom 1 was a little dated, but after mentioning w/pictures Paul solved the issue within a week.

The location was great for students at Birmingham City Uni or Aston Uni, living at the property we have had some personal issues but Paul was very supportive throughout these. Nice area to live in, a few student houses around as well as normal residential houses too. Paul replied very quickly to any issues or maintenance that needed doing and was very lenient as a landlord and was very human and genuine, which was reassuring and nice.
