While I was living at 21 Churchfield road, I could not have asked for a better landlord or place to stay during my final year. The location of the property exceeded my expectations, the area was lovely and comfortable. At no point did I feel u safe. The neighbours were lovely and were more than happy to help when we needed it. There was plenty to do around as there was a small shopping mall close by with some nice shops as well as a big Morrisons, so it was very easy to do a weekly shop. Then it was only a very short walk to the bus stop to go into the city centre or to uni. The location was perfect for uni as it was a very short and nice walk and a short bus journey to and from uni, so it couldn’t have been better. Didn’t have to leave too early as well to get into uni which was ideal and buses were frequent and there was a more then one bus that could take to uni, so there was never any issue with missing the bus or rushing to get the bus to be in on time. The property itself was amazing, it had everything you needed and more. It was clear to me that a lot of care and hard work had gone into the property to make sure that it was the best it could be. Also everyone that came round was amazed at how lovey it was and how it was the ideal house for students to live in. We had no issues while living in the house Me and my roommate were extremely lucky with having a landlord like Barb, she was very welcoming and friendly when we first met her. As well when living at the property whenever we had a question or needed something sorted she was always quick to reply and was quick to get the issues sorted for us. She was always trying to find ways to make our time at the property as comfortable as she could and was very accommodating as well. Always very friendly and a conversation when she came round for inspections . I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord. To summarise, I would happily recommend this property to any students as I really enjoyed my time living here

I have found my experience living here amazing. The house is very lovely and cosy for the two of us. The location is very accessible to shops and it is easy to get to university from here too with various different bus routes. My landlord, Barbra Sholicar, has been very welcoming and accommodating for me. She is very friendly, organised and her communication with us is great!

I have really enjoying residing at this property. The layout is modern and stylish, has a homely feel and there is plenty of storage space. It is situated in a quiet family area which is an ideal work environment for students. Our landlord was friendly and always available to help and answer any questions. I found it easy getting to Hope University as it is a very quick and easy bus route or if you would prefer to walk it would only take around 30-40 minutes.

The location is not far from hope university. The house is located near plenty of supermarkets and a big shopping centre. We have a drive which is spacious and fits 2 cars on. Our landlord has been very helpful during our time living in this property.
