Really great time living here. Ideal location on a lovely and quiet street, close to Morrisons, Aldi, corner shops, and a 5 minute brisk walk to the train station into Birmingham and to the University. The house was well maintained and any problems were quickly sorted by the landlord, Paul, who frequently came round to check up on us, mow the garden, and make improvements to the property here and there. As for the landlord himself: lovely guy, always reachable, and would drop everything to come to the property and sort anything out. You could not go wrong renting here
