We are a privately run local company with over 40 years experience in property rentals. Because our properties are owned exclusively by us, we make sure they are kept to a high standard and repairs are dealt with promptly.

Our skilled in-house maintenance team are on call and available for repairs and emergencies whenever you need them. And for your peace of mind, all gas appliances are serviced and certified every year.

You'll also be pleased to hear all of our properties have full gas central heating and are double glazed. We pride ourselves in being one of the best landlords in south Manchester with offices local to all of our properties, staffed 5 days a week. It's this friendly, local service that means tenants often stay on with us throughout their time at university or college here in Manchester.

We also cater for post graduates and graduates who decide to remain in Manchester to start work when they have finished their course.
