Our house is a well maintained, mid-terrace HMO Victorian property, near the Universities, and the city centre. It is centrally heated, with 4 large bedrooms, all with double beds, fully furnished with wardrobes, desks, chairs, bedside tables, bookshelves, TV and Internet points. The kitchen/lounge contains a sofa, kitchen table and stools, fitted units, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, plus basic kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery etc. There is one full bathroom, and a second downstairs WC and basin, and a vented tumble drier in the understairs cupboard. We have an appliance, services and boiler repair contract paid by the Landlord for any repairs to appliances, water, gas & electricity etc. Only non-smokers please.
The rent is based on £160 p.p., per week, for an 11 month/48 week tenancy, including gas, water and electricity, with the deposit shown per person. Under the new Rent Reform Act, the rent is paid termly at £2,560 at the start of each term.
