The house has a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/lounge space which leads to a fabulous garden area, with decking and picnic bench style outdoor seating with a large cover. There is one really large bedroom, the two slightly smaller bedrooms have double bed lift up storage and on wall box storage systems to make up for the floor space. A really great house with parking to the front and situated in a nice cul de sac incredibly popular with many other students properties also in this spot.

A 5 mins walk to Aston Uni, this is great for students studying there. Great place to live. Nice place with a nice garden and parking spaces. It’s living areas are comfortable and the rooms are a decent size. The landlord was very attentive, and always stayed in contact with us when coming over, or any issues were ongoing. Would recommend for anyone at Aston Uni, looking for a nice place for a year or 2.

The location is great to get to Aston and BCU and the city centre. The property itself is very nice, with modern features and is well looked after. The landlord is very helpful and ensures everything okay with the house.

The location of Heneage street is lovely. A nice cul de sac. Lived on this street for 2 years with no problems. Just under a 10 minute walk to Aston University which is great. The property was clean and well looked after when I moved in, with no issues whatsoever. My partner lived in this house the year before and again no issues. Paul is quick to reply, communicates well, and is a lovely person, and if there’s any issues he’s very quick to fix them. House feels homely with a nice garden and decking for students. I would recommend anyone to Paul.
