This property is in a great location for students at the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University and the Royal Northern College of Music, with all areas of campus around a 20 - 25 minute walk away. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away, with direct links to the airport and train stations. There is also an Asda superstore only a 10 minute walk away, with numerous corner stores nearby for the essentials in a pinch. The landlords are very helpful, checking in regularly to ensure no issues, and if one arises they quickly sort it with no complaints. The shared living areas are nicely sized for multiple tenants to use them simultaneously, and the bedrooms are well sized. There is a good amount of storage space in each room, and a shared cupboard under the stairs for large items (such as suitcases) that don't need regular use.

Location is a 20/25 min walk to campus which is great- and a 10 min walk to a big asda! Also easy bus routes to Uni of Manchester and Man Met! Kitchen is a great size for the house size and the Landlord is quick to respond to any concerns! Overall great experience living here
