The house is also only a few minutes walk away from Dickinson Road which leads directly to Wilmslow Road again with great access to Fallowfield, Wilmslow Road and the city centre.
There are local shops on the adjacent road only a few minutes walk away.
Bills inclusive package £159 per person per week. I am happy to do a bills exclusive package if that is preferred and you wish to sort out your own bills.
I am the owner. I manage the house myself and have owned it for over 20 years along with other student properties. This allows me to be very responsive to any repairs or maintenance that is required. I am an HMO licensed landlord with Manchester City Council. Also a member of NRLA. The house is maintained to a very good standard and previous tenants are always happy to provide feedback if required.
