This is a detached house near Gregory tram stop. It’s within walking distance to QMC and 15 minutes walk to the science side of campus and 30 minutes to humanities of Nottingham Uni. Only a couple of tram stops to Nottingham town centre. Its very easy to cycle to Nottingham Uni and there is a secure bike store in the garden. It's an HMO with a licence expiring in March 2026. There are smoke alarms in all the bedrooms and the common areas. There is a burglar alarm and a CCTV camera. New fire doors for all the bedrooms. Safe security locks for the outside doors. A new flat screen TV in the living room. A Seventh Room is available as a study or a game room with another smart TV. This seventh room could also be let to a group of seven. The house has its own drive so up to two students can park. There is also free parking outside the property. There are new UPVCs windows in the whole house and the interior of the house is well insulated. Both showers will be updated beginning of July. The wall by the drive will also be updated at the beginning of July once the present group of students has left in June. The last group of students was in the property over two years.
