    Nice house, very good location in Fallowfield and near a lot of other students. The property was nice, very clean when we moved in and we had no issues. The landlord was very helpful and his communication was amazing.

    The landlord was great! he was really easy to contact and always ready to help with any issues. The property was in a prime location only a short walk to the nearest bus stop, tram stop, cash machine and several supermarkets. We had no issues within the property.

    I highly recommend living at 5 Kingswood Road, the house is lovely with really nice bedrooms. More importantly Anthony has proved to be an honest and kind landlord which is unusual. He quickly resolved any issues with the house and kept in touch about any work being done which was much appreciated. The main thing for us was to have a landlord which we felt was a human being, treated us with respect and kindness. All round my experience living at 5 Kingswood was excellent and I'd recommend it to any student.

    Location is very convenient, only takes about 30 minutes to get to the city centre and 20 to Uni. My housemates and I have been happy with the house, it’s very good value. Most importantly our landlord is lovely and very helpful. You hear horror stories about student landlords but this couldn’t be further from the truth with Anthony. He is super quick to solve any problems with the house and overall is a very respectful landlord. I would recommend this house to any student trios.

    The location is great, small shops nearby and bigger shops all within walking distance. Lots of nearby food options for easy meals and a park literally out the back garden which is great in the summer. The bus stop is really close too which made getting to university stress free. The property was great and had no issues all year. Neighbours are all really nice and had no issues with anyone. Any small issues were sorted straight away with Anthony the landlord and it was a pleasure living there. Completely stress free unlike many other options and a great way to spend the year. All the bedrooms are a great size and had no issue fitting in all our belongings so it felt spacious and more like a home. The landlord was easy to communicate with and couldn’t have asked for anyone nicer.

    Living in this property was a great experience due to the spacious rooms and back garden as well as the landlord's quick responses when it came to issues and repairs. The extra room allowed for easy storage of unused items and allowed for the house to remain clutter-free throughout the tenancy. Located right next to Kingswood Park, the house was perfect to host small park gatherings as it provided easy access to a bathroom, food, and supplies. The property is also located right next to the student convince store and post office which allowed for quick access to a shop when needed. Lastly, a 10-minute walk to both the friendship inn bus stop and the 50 bus, the commute to the University of Manchester, the man met and Salford was very simple and convenient. Overall I would highly recommend this property due to the great location, supportive landlord, access to the park and shops, and overall safe neighborhood.

    Great location, practically within the park and close to local shops/bars. Bus route is a short walk from the house direct to the universities. The house is well presented, furnished, I found the kitchen to be the best of any student house I’ve lived in. The landlord is lovely and was quick to solve any issues - he always answered texts or calls and I couldn’t recommend him more.

    This property is a short walk away from most amenities within Fallowfield and the commute to the universities was around 20 minutes. The property is right next door local park which is really well maintained and a great green space to relax in. The surrounding area is relatively quiet with elderly people living opposite although the rest of the street is mostly student living. There was only a few issues that arose while living in the property that needed to be sorted however, the landlord, Anthony, was always understanding and sent someone to fix them very quickly. Anthony as a landlord was very attentive, understanding and was always available to help us out and answer any of our questions. Unlike other landlords, I believe anthony actually cares about his tenants and isn’t out to rip anyone off!! Would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone considering moving here!

    The landlord was extremely helpful with any problems we had living in the property.The location of the property was perfect for our needs as students with Sainsbury’s round the corner, a corner shop a stones throw away and on street parking available outside of the property.I would highly recommend the landlord and this property.

    Anthony is the best landlord I have had throughout my whole time at university. I have lived in student accommodation and student houses throughout my whole undergraduate degree and masters degree and Anthony is by far the best landlord I have dealt with. He is very fair, understanding and helpful. Any issues, big or small, were dealt with quickly and efficiently and I never felt let down or disappointed by him.
