The location is close to the shops, cafés and cinema on Derby Road as well as the legendary Park Stores. It is also perfect for large groups wanting to live close to each other, since we have four other homes on this road. The deposit for this property is £300 per person. A reputation for well maintained and managed student accommodation has been gained as evidenced by the number of student referrals and recommendations, comments by the Student Accommodation Accreditation Scheme (SAAS) assessors place the properties in the top 5% in Nottingham.
