All five bedrooms are furnished with 4ft double beds and good quality furniture and have internet & telephone points. They share two modern shower rooms. The decoration is neutral throughout with wooden floors to all rooms except the kitchen and shower rooms which are tiled.
This property is located in the much sought after and exclusive Nottingham Park Estate and all in all is perfect for contemporary living and entertaining. Each house in the Park Estate has to pay a Park Rates charge but we include this in your basic rental so you don't need to budget extra for that.
