The location was great, close to the city centre and the university so made traveling easy and accessible. The walk to uni is around 5 minutes so was ideal. The property itself was amazing, huge open seating room with a great kitchen and room space. The landlord was great, any questions or issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Having lived on Burns Street for the past two years, I can confidently say it’s been an amazing experience. The house itself was perfect, spacious, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. Just a short walk to the university, close to a convenient Sainsbury’s, and right by the tram stop, everything you need is right on your doorstep. What truly sets this place apart, though, are the landlords, Paul and Billy. They’ve been absolutely fantastic from day one. Always approachable, quick to resolve any issues, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism and care made all the difference. The living spaces were brilliant, and the bedrooms were comfortable, ideal for both relaxing, studying & partying! All in all, I’d highly recommend renting from Paul and Billy. They’re top-tier landlords who go above and beyond. Five stars without hesitation!

Living on Burns Street with Paul as a Landlord has been brilliant. The location is so perfect. Being right across from the Arboretum and a two-minute walk from the university made it the ideal spot to live for us. It was also improved by Paul being a quality landlord; he was quick and efficient with any issues we had, which were quickly solved. Living at 1A/1B Burns street was a great first experience at student renting. The location is ideal for NTU, tram stops and the centre of town. Actually living there was a breeze, any problems we had were easy to get fixed due to the amazing communication between Paul (Landlord) and all the tenants. This property is amazing location for a university student studying at NTU. The property is close to absolutely everything you need! Shops/clubs/gyms/parks/bus stop/tram stop etc. Living here, was a very lovely experience. The house is well cleaned, the maintenance team are very helpful and also very friendly. If there were any problems at all they would be fixed on the day or within a very short amount of time. This property also has a lovely shared courtyard which gets a lot of sun throughout the day and into the evening. The living space is very homely and very social with the living room connected to the kitchen. The landlord is also extremely helpful and also very friendly. He has really looked after us this year and made it a brilliant experience! I would 100% recommend using Rowland student properties.

Amazing Location. Amazing House. Amazing Landlord. By far the best uni accommodation I’ve stayed in during my 4 years at NTU. The Location: Situated less than a 5 minute walk away from City campus, if you enjoy that extra 10 minutes lie-in before your 9am, this is the house you’ve been dreaming of. In addition, the house is parallel to the Arboretum and a 2 minute walk from Sainsbury's- ideal in the summer months when you want to nip to the Arbs with your mates for a few bevvy’s. The House: Large spacious rooms, new bathrooms and TV’s in every room… Hotel-esque. The Courtyard is shared amongst students which creates a nice vibe - ideal for BBQ’s. The Landlord: Paul is the best landlord I’ve had. Whatever issue arose, Paul dealt with it swiftly- or sent the lovely maintenance team to deal with it. The most welcoming, fairest and generous landlord I’ll probably ever have - if you’ve had bad experiences like myself, rest assured you’re in safe hands. Don’t hesitate with this place. It really made my final year uni experience.

Burns street was by far my favourite property I have lived throughout my 4 years at Uni. Being so close to uni and town made it such a convenient location. Whenever there was a problem Paul was so easy to contact and very helpful, with the issues being sorted quickly and easily. Paul went above and beyond as a landlord, often surprising us with little gifts at Christmas and Easter and just being a good guy! I could not fault my time at 1D Burns Street at all. The house is in a great location with only a 3-minute walk into uni then only a bit further into Nottingham town centre. The house was a little pocket of luxury, we had everything we needed and wanted - ensuite bathrooms, a range cooker, dishwasher, virgin box, TVs in our bedrooms and the list goes on... Despite the covid restrictions that we have had all year Paul managed to sort out any issues within 24hrs of us reporting them. A cleaner came regularly to do the communal areas and we got visits from Paul (when we weren't in lockdown) with Easter eggs and prosecco. Paul was an exceptional landlord and I would highly recommend him to any student looking to rent in Nottingham!

I lived in 1a Burns street for my second year of University. I go to Nottingham Trent and the location was brilliant. It took exactly 7minutes to walk in to the city centre and 2minutes to walk to my lectures, making everything as easy as possible. Living in a house of 7 people is a lot of people but the house was very spacious and was great to accommodate to all of us. The rooms were all a good size and bathrooms as well. I cannot praise Paul enough as our landlord. He did everything possible to accommodate to us all and during a tough year of coronavirus he helped us so much. Nothing was a problem for Paul, we could call him whenever we needed help with something and he was always happy to help. I Honestly could not recommend going through Rowland’s Properties when looking for your student house, was a very easy and enjoyable experience.

He was always available to contact and always dealt with issues in the property the same day. If I ever moved back to Nottingham he would be my first point of call for housing. Paul or one of his helpers would be straight around. During our time there we had 2 new fridges, a new dishwasher, I had a new chair in my room, a numerous other new appliances! The house is really cosy, we were lucky enough to have a cleaner come every month to give the house a deep clean, which I have never seen with any other properties. The house is in the best location, only a few minutes walk to uni and opposite the arboretum, so lovely views to look out onto! The mattresses are really comfy to sleep on. Paul himself is a lovely person and can not to enough to help you. Couldn't recommend more.

Great land lord who always managed to surprise us with his generosity. He shared in our frustrations for anything that went wrong within the house and always put a lot of effort in for fixing said issues. A less than perfect rating because not all issues were resolved, though to be fair they might have been out of his control.

We have rang him at all hours of the day and night for lost keys, setting the alarm off and not knowing how to stop it etc. And he has done everything he can to help and is always genuinally concerned and wanting to help. If anything is broke he has a great team of handymen that fix it straight away! He charges good prices and doesn't rip you off with anything! He really is a great landlord! :D.
