The house on Rothesay Avenue is amazing and I’ll really miss living there. Paul and Billy always went above and beyond and any problems were always dealt with speedily. Such a great landlord!:)

The location of the house is perfect, 20 minute walk into town, 2 minute walk to Sainsbury’s and half an hour walk to uni with a bus stop down the road which can take you to town and university. The landlord was extremely helpful, with issues getting fixed promptly and communication was easy with a group chat set up between tenants and the landlord.

I really enjoyed living on Rothesay avenue! The location is perfect for uon student and Trent students. Billy and Paul were so helpful all year and were so quick to sort things out when asked. They were incredibly accommodating and friendly and made us all feel very welcome and comfortable!

Paul has been an excellent landlord throughout our tenancy especially during the cost of living crisis. Any repairs or replacements were sorted immediately and his communication is always top notch. The house was very clean, maintained well and in a great location to both universities and local amenities.

When looking at houses in first year, it was very easy to see why Rowland Student Properties get picked very quickly! So much so, that my housemates and I remained in the same property for the rest of our time at university. The house is only a few minutes walk to Sainsbury's local and not far from a big Sainsbury's and Lidl. The house is just a short walk to Jubilee Campus and the gym facilities there. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road which was very convenient if we wanted to get the bus onto campus or into town. Both campus and town were easily walking distance too, so it was nice to have the option. In terms of living in the property, there was plenty of space in the communal areas for all six of us to spend time together i.e for a Christmas meal or to have friends over. A big bonus of the property personally was being able to decorate our rooms as we wanted with posters, images, cork boards etc. The property was very well maintained and any issues we had were very swiftly dealt with. Both Paul and Sara were always really helpful and friendly and, gave notice whenever any work or updates to the house would be happening. We were never left in the lurch if we had any questions or needed to get in contact.

The location of this house is perfectly situated between university campus and the city centre, making it convenient to walk/cycle/bus to either. The property was so nice that we remained there for 3 whole years, helped by the fact the landlord is super helpful whenever an issue arose.

The property is very well situated between the city centre and the campus with several supermarkets in walking distance also. The property was very nice to live in which is why we stayed there for the final 3 years of our degrees. The property had everything you could need with a well furnished and equiped kitchen. Paul was amazing, during our second year at the property the microwave broke and Paul had fitted a new one the next day. We also had a fault with the washing machine and that was also promptly replaced. Paul often sent us small "care-packages" be it bottles of wine or chocolate at Easter. All in all Paul looked after us very well and I would definitely recommend both the property (10 Rothesay Avenue) and Paul as a landlord.

I’ve rented 10 Rothesay Avenue for 3 years now and we honestly couldn’t ask for a better house or landlord. The house is great quality for what you pay and is right in between town and Uni of Notts. Any problem we’ve had with the house has always been fixed ASAP. I can't imagine I will ever come across a landlord so attentive, nice and fair. Any problem we had was sorted as soon as Paul was notified.. We were treated as adults rather than 'students'. Thank you so Much for making third year so much easier.

From day one the property and landlord were excellent. A well presented house with up to date facilities and constant support if problems did occur. 13 Watkin St is an absolutely cracking house for NTU students who want to be close to the action on the City. The house is brilliant to share with good friends and the layout makes for some of the best pre-drinking spots around. Paul has been a fantastic landlord! We found this house to be very good value for money, it was well protected and we had no problem with crime. Paul was very attentive and helpful so we cannot fault him or his service in any way. I Would definitely recommend one of his houses to everyone as they are a lot better than most other student houses in the area, and he is definitely one of the best landlords.

The fixtures were brand new with the added bonus of TV in each bedroom :D Paul was a really awesome landlord too and can never do enough to help, as it is in everyone's interest for things to be fixed/redone etc. All in all, really felt at home here and absolutely loved it.

We were his first tenants in his first house and we got along really well with Paul! Paul really looked after us and went above and beyond with everything! He provided us with a free cleaner who came about every six weeks, we had flat screen TV's in every bedroom and loads of other luxurys! He took all his tenants out for a drink and a meal (free of charge) last year where we got to mingle and make new friends with his other tenants. We have rang him at all hours of the day and night for lost keys, setting the alarm off and not knowing how to stop it etc. And he has done everything he can to help and is always genuinally concerned and wanting to help. If anything is broke he has a great team of handymen that fix it straight away! He charges good prices and doesn't rip you off with anything! He really is a great landlord! :D.
