The owners are two (retired) teachers and have let this property to students for decades.
We are looking for a group of four students.
An unbeatable location right next to the shops of Churchill Square and Western Road, and near the sea and all transport.
This is a character building with views over a quiet central square.
Here you will find rooms with painted floorboards, basic furniture and white walls - in other words empty spaces that you can personalise.
Parental guarantees requested.
We have two adjoining maisonettes available for the academic year to start either on the 1st of July or the 1st of September and to end on the 30th of June 2025.
