I lived in this house for two years and I totally recommend it.The area is very nice and the house is cosy and has a lovely garden. Our landlord has always been helpful and we never had any problems.

The house is very nice, the neighborhood is calm although is close to university and Nathan is a great Landlord. I highly recommend it.

  • F

Nathan was great with us. One night, the electric system went down unexpectedly around midnight. After we tried to solve the problem on our own, we called him. He quickly solved it and phoned us back. He was so nice with us and, although he had a busy year and he couldn’t visit us many times, he was ready for help in case we needed it.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Nathan and his property. He was very nice and always available if we had any problems or concerns. The house was great as well and really well equipped, including a dryer, microwave etc. All the rooms were really nice, comfortable and clean and Nathan made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and if anything got broken he changed it right away. The garden was also really nice and taken care of.

Tidy property. The landlord was very responsive to our requests and very fair. My room was the largest and there was more than enough storage space and facilities in the whole house in general.

I was really lucky to have found this property last year. It's a spatious, bright and modern living environment in a quiet area which is still close enough to all the shops and the Uni as well as to a really good gym. Mr. Chakma was definately a great landlord: friendly, helpful and supportive. I had the biggest room which was always very bright and warm and pleasant to study in. I enjoyed my stay very much and I'm sorry I had to leave.

As a French erasmus student, I only discovered the house in September when I moved in. I was gladly surprised by the good size of the common rooms and the modern furniture. Well-located in a quiet area and 15 minutes away from the shops and university; and owned by an approachable and very reliable landlord, this property is a good choice for any student and worth having a look at.

This property is an excellent choice for any student who requires a clean, comfortable and modern living space that is within close proximity to the main University of Birmingham campus. Mr Chakma is a friendly, approachable and effective landlord who deals with problems that arise - rare as they are - promptly and with minimum fuss. The area is quiet but within close reach of all necessary amenities, including shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Excellent transport links - well worth a look!

  12. M

I am from Paris and I spent a year in Birmingham as an erasmus student. When I moved to Birmingham, I had never seen the house, only in pictures on the website. But I was very happy with it because pictures really matched reality, everything was in good condition and the neighbourhood was a quiet place. Mr Chakma was an excellent landlord, very helpful and involved. I would recommend it.

Mr Chakma was an excellent landlord, very approachable and professional. Although there was no major problems that arose with the house or tenancy, all same problems were dealt with immediately. Rent I paid was a good price for the area. Would strongly recommend.
