Semester stays available! Book for January 2026 now! We are home to students from University of Nottingham, Nottingham Trent University and Loughborough University. Getting to campus couldn’t be easier thanks to convenient transport options including free bus services. Bonington Student Village is located right on the University of Nottingham’s Sutton Bonington campus, so is perfect for students studying either bioscience subjects or veterinary science. The University of Nottingham Park campus is also only a 25-minute ride away on the free Hopper bus service. Nottingham Trent University students studying at Clifton campus can also take advantage of the free hopper bus, taking just 15 minutes. Students studying in the city centre, please be advised that this would require two free hopper buses and would take between 40 - 50 minutes in total. Loughborough University students studying at the main campus can use the Skylink bus service which takes 27 minutes. A wide variety of rooms are available including Standard and Standard Plus with double wardrobes, bookshelves and desk, as well as Deluxe En-Suite with double bed and private bathroom. All of our rooms come with a shared kitchen and lounge area where you’ll quickly get to know your new flatmates, whether you’re getting ready for a night out or cooking up a storm. Alternatively, if you’re looking for something more private, a Studio room comes complete with a double bed, sofa and a private kitchen area. Whichever option you choose, you’ll always get the opportunity to make friends with other students, thanks to our thriving Village Life events which take place throughout the year. We include contents insurance, all utility bills (water and electricity), as well as and high-speed Wi-Fi in your weekly rent payment, so there’s no need to worry about paying bills each month. All the local amenities are within walking distance, including the on-site shop and café, and a sports centre within the university grounds. Enjoy walks around the scenic countryside which surround the campus that can take you into the local villages of Kegworth and Sutton Bonington. This village is ideal for those who want a chilled student lifestyle, with rural pubs, restaurants and gorgeous greenery to explore. If you’re looking to head out for the day by car, Loughborough town centre is just a 15-minute ride away, and Nottingham city centre is only 30 minutes away.
