Don’t miss out! Your room will be held for 72 hours, during which time you will need to log into your iQ account and pay the £199 booking fee.
Once you’ve paid the booking fee, you’ll have 7 days to sign your tenancy agreement – your booking is only confirmed after signing.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
