How the booking process works

  3. Refundable booking payment

    To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .

  4. Complete your booking

    After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Mezzino.

    You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Mezzino, where you’ll be able to pay the holding deposit to reserve your room.

Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £250 holding deposit directly to Mezzino.

Cancellation & refunds

You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.

In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
