Overview

Student Castle is a purpose-built student accommodation located on Pelham Terrace (just off Lewes Road) close to the University of Brighton Moulsecoomb Campus. We offer a range of private studios and twin rooms that will be available from September 2020 on 51 weeks licences (45 week contact for Luckes studio only). The studios include your own double bed, en-suite, study desk, breakfast bar/dining table, fitted wardrobe and fully equipped kitchen. The twin rooms include two double beds, two study desks, a fitted wardrobe & fully equipped kitchen. All our rents are inclusive of all utility bills, insurance and super-fast WIFI. We will also have a large common area, games area, TV room, study rooms, free bike hire, free bus pass, 24-hour security and an onsite laundry room.

How the booking process works

  2. Provide tenant details

    Enter tenant details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

    Just a heads up, you’ll need a guarantor. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.

  3. Refundable booking payment

    To process your booking, simply enter your card details to pay the £45 .

  4. Complete your booking

    After you submit your booking request, we’ll securely pass on your details to Student Castle.

    You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Student Castle, where you'll be able to complete your booking.

Cancellation & refunds

You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.

In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
