This award-winning hall (Best University Housing 2022,2023 & 2024 & 2025 & Best Value for Money 2025*) consists of 307, mostly premium standard rooms in the heart of the University Quarter. Residents are conveniently close to lectures, the city centre’s restaurants, bars and shops and the Unibus service. Rooms are arranged in flats with 5 or 6 people sharing a communal kitchen. All kitchens contain a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, drainer, cupboards, work tops and table and chairs or breakfast bar with seating. Premium standard rooms have a small double bed with underbed storage, a wash basin, bookshelves, a wardrobe, a desk and chair and hi-speed internet. Flatmates share a separate shower room and toilet which are cleaned regularly by our cleaning team. There are also a small quantity of ensuite and adapted rooms at this hall. Hall facilities include a laundry, a pleasant outside courtyard and a common room with pool table, table tennis, arcade machine, PS4 and a lounge area with flat screen TV.
