How the booking process works

Provide tenant details
Enter your basic information and university details.
Complete your booking
Your room will be held for 72 hours. Look out for an email from iQ Student Accommodation with instructions to set up your account and finalise your booking.
Don’t miss out! Your room will be held for 72 hours, during which time you will need to log into your iQ account and pay the £175 booking fee.
Once you’ve paid the booking fee, you’ll have 7 days to sign your tenancy agreement – your booking is only confirmed after signing.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
