    This house is very close to the university I attend so only took a 15min walk to get there each day. The property was amazing, me and my house mates all loved it and loved having people over. The landlords were so helpful, any problem we ever had they were there as soon as they could to help us fix it.

    The house is a modern, refurbished house with all en-suite rooms in a well located area, within a walking distance to university, town, shops and rail way station which makes everything within a walkable distance. Living here with friends has been very nice as there’s a homely feel to the house, there’s plenty of space for everyone to sit and socialise. Whenever we have problems or queries the landlord is always there to help and fix anything within the day, which makes it a pleasant experience. Always wanting the best for us and helping out wherever possible.

    The location of the house is in a prime spot for students who would like easy access to the University of Leicester, a 15-20 minute walk to the main campus is all you need. Ideally situated near London Road and the train station. The house is incredible, the en suites provide all tenants with great privacy and the facilities are top of the range. All rooms are spacious and have comfortable double beds. The double stove and oven is perfect for students wanting to cook together. All problems were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the landlord. They are both very hands on and always wanting and willing to help.
