Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, iron and board, toaster, hoover, kettle and microwave are provided. All you need to bring is bedding, towels and clothes. Bathrooms are on the first floor, ( shower, toilet and basin), and the ground floor, (cloakroom with toilet and basin). All charges for broadband, water and energy are included, so this property is a low hassle cost effective option for tenants with no other costs other than the rent. You deal directly with the landlord so there are no Agency fees! The property is located a 10 minute walk away from both the main campus and the research park. There is a bus stop right outside to travel to town otherwise it is about a 30 minute walk. The Tescos superstore is about a 8 minute walk away. All our properties are cleaned prior to your moving in and all houses are regularly maintained and refurbished as required. We meet HMO standards and this property is registered as a HMO with Guildford Council.     Living at 91 park barn has been great, it is in a great location close to the University, Sports Park and Tesco. The property is a very nice standard that has all you could need and the landlord was very quick fixing any issues we had.

Phil was always on hand to check any issues you may have and aimed to sort them all as quickly as possible. Overall we had no issues arise in the 2 years we rented this property and it was very good value for money.

    The property is well-kept and in great condition. The landlord has always been helpful and responsive whenever we have raised concerns about the property, often visiting the same day or as soon as possible. Such as, fitting a new fridge and sofa when there were issues. He has been extremely friendly and I would highly recommend him & his properties. The university is only a 15 minute walk away and there is easy access to Tesco and the sports park. There is room for parking, off road and roadside, and a bus stop directly opposite the house, which is on the university bus route. There is very little disturbance and the house next door is also owned by the same landlord. My housemates and I have had a great time living there, having rented this house for two years.

    Phil was an excellent landlord, he was the most helpful, responsive and friendly landlord I had throughout my time at Surrey university. The location was good for access to the uni, the sports park and tesco. The house itself is well furnished and in good condition.
