    I was so lucky to live in this flat during my stay in Stoke-on-Trent and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is simply unbeatable: all the essentials are within a 10-15 minute walk. The train station, supermarkets, university, shops and cafes... everything is close by, making daily life very convenient and practical. The flat is very bright, with large windows that let the sun in all day long. It is also located in a very quiet and pleasant area, with beautiful views of Hanley Park, perfect for a walk or to unwind for a while in the fresh air. I would especially like to highlight the landlord, who was exceptional from the very first moment. Always attentive, available and willing to help in any way necessary. You can tell that he really cares about the well being of his tenants. I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for a cosy, well located property with a landlord who makes the difference.
