How the booking process works

  1. Start your booking

    Simply click the "Book now" button and choose your preferred length of stay from the available options.

  2. Fill in tenant details

    Next, provide your details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

    Just a heads up, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.

  3. Complete your booking

    Once you’ve submitted your details, we’ll pass on your booking request to Mezzino.

    You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Mezzino, where you’ll be able to pay the holding deposit to reserve your room.

Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £250 holding deposit, which will later convert into a refundable security deposit.

Once you’ve paid the holding deposit, you’ll have 7 days to complete your tenancy agreement. Your booking will be confirmed once the tenancy agreement is signed.

Cancellation & refunds

You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.

In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
